The Programme is designed to support the more challenging emotional and mindset side of life. Using tools to aid choosing self-love for personal growth and transformation. We will set a vision for how you want to feel and talk about how to achieve that.

Through these tools and space together, the objective is to to empower you to open the door to your inner power and potential; rather than avoiding how you feel or turning to “something” to numb or escape.

Plus there is suggested guidance and own work to support outside of the online sessions and bringing it back to “real-life”.


The Programme contains 4 sessions:

- Session 1 - Emotions & Triggers

- Session 2 - Journaling

- Session 3 - Mindfulness

- Session 4 - Gratitude

These 90 minute sessions are via Zoom and include a mix of lecture, discussion, practice and time for you to connect plus suggested homework and exclusive access to online tools and support.

These are developed specifically as group sessions to build a sense of community and support (private one to one Coaching sessions are available).

NOTE: Commitment is for the 4 sessions.


Cost is £80 for all 4 x 90 minutes sessions via Zoom

About Victoria:

After hitting rock bottom in 2010, I stepped onto a path of spirituality and have been journeying since. This underpins my life and together with tools I have found to be very effective, I am able to deal with challenges life throws my way.

What I offer is bespoke coaching based on the needs of each individual. Using some techniques and tools which are tried and trusted and maybe some you have not experienced before.

Victoria is a Reiki Master Teacher, Guide, Coach, Moonologer and Celebrant and works in Milton Keynes and via Zoom. She lives with her family, rescue cat and dog.
