Terms and Conditions:


NOTE: This is applicable to online and in person.

Spaces on Training Courses & Events are only confirmed upon booking & payment online or confirmed receipt of payment.

We understand things happen and sometimes plans change. We aim to accommodate these changes as best we can by setting out fair and reasonable terms for booking and cancelling appointments, Training courses and events – allowing you time to change your mind, while ensuring a planned training / event is still viable to go ahead.

We make our cancellation and refund policy transparent – ensuring it’s available for you to see – so you can make an informed decision; so please take time to read this carefully.

All clients are asked to agree to Deeper Awareness Terms and Conditions upon booking.

In the event of us cancelling an appointment or event; you will receive the option to transfer to another course or event, a credit to use or a full refund for the price of your booking.

In the event a customer cancels their place; providing we have been notified within the cancellation window (see below), you can receive a refund (less deposit or admin fee), or the option of being transferred to another course/event or a credit to your Deeper Awareness account.

We regret no refund or transfer can be given outside of these terms, including if you are unable to attend due to illness, injury, work/family changes, pregnancy or other reasons.

Before committing to a course or event, please ensure you can attend the scheduled session(s). This cancellation policy is firm. If you are concerned about the possibility of needing to cancel your event, we highly recommend taking out cancellation insurance.


Courses & Workshops - Cancellation Policy:

- 14 days or more prior to the course/event start date; your payment will then be refunded; less a 10% Administration Fee

- 13 days or less to the course/event start date; payments are not refundable

NOTE: Any deposit accepted / paid to hold a space on a training course/workshop is non-refundable, but can be transferred to another service/offering/course, providing spaces are available.  This is also subject to the Cancellation Policy.

Retreats & Weekend Events:

- 60 days or more prior to the course date; your payment will be refunded less 10% admin fee

- 59 days or less prior to the course date; payments are not refundable

A £150 non-refundable deposit will be required to secure your booking


Training Courses, Gatherings, Workshops & retreats:

  • Spaces are only confirmed upon booking & payment online or confirmed receipt of payment.

  • Request of Cancellation of any Training Course, Gathering or Workshop is required 14 days PRIOR to the start date. NOTE: Payment will then be refunded; less a 10% Administration Fee. 13 days or less prior to the course date: payments are not refundable.

  • Request of Cancellation of a space on a Retreat is required more than 60 days before start date. Refund is less non-refundable deposit

  • After this time, payments are not refundable or transferable, unless your place can be filled from a waiting list; less a 20% Administration Fee

regular Appointments:

  • Cancellation or the request to change Appointment is required at least 12 hours before Appointment time.

  • If not showing, or late cancelling; Refunds will not be given. 

subscriptions & packages:

  • Refunds are not available once these have been paid for.

  • Sessions are not carried over from each month

  • These sessions cannot be transferred.

  • Request to change Appointment is required at least 12 hours before Appointment time.

  • If not showing or late cancelling; these are subject to loss. 

  • 3 month minimum commitment.
