Online Mindset and Emotions Programme - October 2025


ONLINE MINDSET & EMOTIONS PROGRAMME:

The Programme is designed to support the more challenging emotional and mindset side of life. Using tools to aid choosing self-love for personal growth and transformation. We will set a vision for how you want to feel and talk about how to achieve that.


Session Overview:

Session 1: Mindset, Emotions & Awareness

  • Map triggers, thoughts, feelings, and actions related to food/drink

  • Recognise patterns without judgment

  • Homework: Food & Feelings Journal

Session 2: Breaking Free from Limiting Beliefs

  • Identify and reframe beliefs that drive habits

  • Separate identity from behaviour

  • Homework: Belief Tracker

Session 3: Tools for Emotional Regulation

  • Learn grounding, mindfulness, and pause techniques

  • Practice emotional regulation before cravings

  • Homework: Apply emotional toolkit

Session 4: Emotional Intelligence & Boundaries

  • Recognise social and emotional triggers

  • Practice assertive, guilt-free boundaries with food and drink

  • Homework: Implement one boundary in real life

Session 5: Resilience & Growth Mindset

  • Reframe setbacks as learning opportunities

  • Build resilience in maintaining mindful habits

  • Homework: Small habit change and reflection

Session 6: Integration & Forward Momentum

  • Review insights, celebrate progress and create a personal plan

  • Integration

Format & Features

  • Live online sessions via Zoom with a mix of lecture and interactive exercises

  • Breakout room discussions for peer support and practice

  • Journaling prompts and exercises for self-reflection

  • Own work to consolidate learning and plan

  • Supportive, non-judgmental group environment


Each session is blended with practical mindset tools with a gentle spiritual perspective, helping participants align thoughts, emotions and energy for lasting change. These sessions are developed specifically as group sessions to build a sense of community and support.

Commitment is for the 6 sessions.

Cost:
£180 for all 6 x 90 minutes sessions via Zoom
